Hi, my name is Monika Szabo-Helyes and I am a second-year undergraduate international business and management student at the University of Central Lancashire. This year I was selected to take part in the LaunchPad program which is a two years leadership masterclass of the university. As a member of this program, I take part in workshops, seminars, company visits and meet a large network of people to enhance my employability potential. My aim is to work in operations or project management after graduation. Well, that was my current elevator pitch... Not telling much about who I really am. A bit of personal addition: I am a 32 years old Hungarian national living in the UK for 6 years. The only daughter of my parents, wife, mother of a 9 years old boy and a 3 years old girl, mortgage and cat owner.
